Carrot meat balls
What you will need:
Minced meat (I used pork)
Corn starch
Carrot
Chop the carrot into tiny bits
Add a bit of corn starch to the meat and mix the carrot into the meat then roll it up as a ball
You can either boil it or steam it, I boiled it and when the meat floats up means that it's well cooked.. But boil it a while longer to make sure the carrots are soft as toddlers prefer softer carrots though the well cooked one is better for adults
Then tadah.. Good for lunch or dinner mixed with rice or noodle as well as eat by itself.. Easy and fuss free
